Overview
Three Pillar Global is searching for an Engineering Manager. The most competitive candidates will display a strong understanding of Three Pillar Global’s objectives, strategy and values. You will add your skills and years of experience to an already established team of talented consultants that all work towards the same goal of meeting our client’s needs. This individual should maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability and emerging technologies and keep team members informed as appropriate with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.

Requirements
• Relevant experience as Project Manager in a software company (minimum 2 years of experience);
• Relevant experience in Software Development on web projects (3-5 years of experience);
• Very good understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle;
• Experience in Agile Project Management Methodologies (e.g Srcum);
• Resource organizing and time management skills;
• Strong Client relations skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop integrated creative solutions;
• Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility and budgets, excellent team player;
• Very good written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Defining deliverables including comprehensive documentation (project schedules, roadmaps, etc);
• Work closely with other Engineering Managers to help formulate and plan major software development initiatives into a version release plan;
• Monitor and control the Project in accordance with program plan;
• Monitor and assess the quality of the deliverables;
• Collaborate closely with the development team including architects, developers and testers;
• Communicate plans and status to team members and managers;
• Directing and motivating the Project Team;
• Responsible for overall progress and use of resources and initiation of corrective action if required;
• Build strong client relationships;
