● More than 5 years of solid experience with Java 11, working on building and iterating enterprise-scale applications
● Good solid knowledge of principles of programming, including databases and data structures, object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, TDD, concurrency, popular algorithms, and APIs, etc.
● Knowledge and experience with distributed, concurrent, and scalable systems
● Experience working with the whole software development lifecycle, including quality testing
● Ability to analyze and provide creative solutions to challenges, focusing on the outcome and not on the tasks
● A strong mindset for continuous learning and improvement, growth and innovation
● Knowledge of Cloud and Continuous Delivery environments to help you deliver value quickly.
● Strong data-driven capabilities and design pattern skills that will allow you to solve complex business and customer problems.
● Good English level that will allow them to work in a multicultural environment
● Nice to have experience with as many of these as possible: Kafka, Cassandra, BigTable, Redis, Neo4j, ElasticSearch, Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Sonarqube, and Datadog.
