Overview:
We're looking for a highly-skilled front-end developer. This position requires both a mastery of the hands-on aspects of web interface engineering, as well as an ability to design solid front-end architectures that integrate with other systems and technologies; and, the ability to communicate these solutions to other members of the team both verbally and in written documentation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the design of front-end engineering solutions; the hand coding of prototypes, web pages, and web-based mobile experiences; integrating your code with other technologies (Flash, Web Services, client back-end systems, content management systems, etc); optimizing performance of front end applications; and working with visual designers, interaction designers and software engineers. Must be able to emulate existing html schemes and create new ones that will integrate well with existing html. Strong (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in hand coding of HTML, CSS, and CSS Preprocessing (LESS/SASS) (5+ years)
- Solid understating of Responsive Design, Mobile First and Progressive Enhancement
- Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions
- Expert of web standards, CSS-driven layouts and a master of the DOM
- Experience with Build Systems, such as GULP or GRUNT
- Basic Experience in Javascript (Vainilla & jQuery)
- Experience integrating HTML-based content with other, 3rd party environments (i.e. Content Management Systems)
- Experience with remote repositories control (GIT)
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO and Accessibility
- Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Ability to follow technical specifications and production processes.
- Must be available to work on site.

A plus for:
- BEM (Block Element Modifiers) methodologies
- Experience in frontend integration with languages or frameworks such as .Net, PHP, EmberJS, AngularJS
- Knowledgeable with Social Media Applications (Facebook, Twitter, Open Social, etc)
- Agency Experience/working with visual designers
